4 lb.) brisket<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2 cans cream mushroom soup<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1 large onion chopped<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">1 tablespoon minced garlic<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">2 teaspoons beef bullion<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Wash and dry brisket.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Rub with salt and pepper.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Place brisket (fat side up) on heavy-duty foil, enough to wrap sufficiently.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Mix soup, onion, garlic and beef bullion in small bowl.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Pour mixture over brisket.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Seal foil securely, place in baking pan.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Bake in 350 degree oven for 3 hours.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Remove meat and slice, return to gravy.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Serves 6 to 9 people.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\">\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a great beef recipe to serve over rice or noodles.\u00a0 The meat is so tender it practically melts in your mouth.\u00a0 Served with a little horseradish it also makes great shredded beef sandwiches. \u00a0 1 (3 \u00bd &#8211;
